Think Money Group Ltd. reported a median gender pay gap of 22.7%. Whilst this is lower than many firms in financial services, it isn’t something we are comfortable with, and we are working to close the gap.
To do so, we acknowledge the need to have more focus and encourage the representation of women at senior levels, particularly in technical roles such as IT (which, at the time of reporting made up the bulk of Think Money Group Ltd. employees) and we continue to work towards this.
